The Instituto Moinho Cultural Sul-Americano (South American Moinho Cultural Institute), based in Corumbá, in the Pantanal region of Mato Grosso do Sul, is promoting free online artistic training in the areas of music and dance. The Experiência Coaching classes begin this Tuesday (11) and continue until May 21, with the participation of dancer Beatriz de Almeida, a renowned ballerina and godmother of Moinho.
The training is aimed at dancers and students at the intermediate/advanced level. The sessions are online on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, lasting one hour each. Registration is open and spots are limited.
For those interested in music, a MasterClass in Chamber Music will also be held with conductor Eduardo Martinelli between May 11 and 20. The course is aimed at instrumentalists or singers with experience in musical reading, and is also completely free and online.

About the teachers
Beatriz de Almeida: director of the Beatriz de Almeida Estúdio de Dança (Campo Grande – MS), ballerina and master of ballet, as well as godmother of the Instituto Moinho Cultural Sul-Americano, where she teaches classes and develops choreographic creations.
She began her dance studies in Rio de Janeiro and studied under masters Slava Goulenko, Tatiana Leskova and Dennis Gray. She was a ballerina at the Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro and was later invited by Márcia Haydeé to join the Stuttgart Ballet (Germany), where she held the position of principal dancer. As a choreographer, she received the Mercosul award with the solo Alegria. She served as a judge at the Joinville, Cabo Frio and Paulínia Festivals.
Eduardo Martinelli: musical arranger, artistic director, conductor and educator at various institutions. At Moinho Cultural, he is the technical director and conductor of the Orquestra Sinfônica do Pantanal (Pantanal Symphony Orchestra).

Since 2004 in Campo Grande, Martinelli has carried out intense activities in both popular and classical artistic circles in MS. He performs frequently in Brazil and abroad. He has been conductor of the Orquestra Sinfônica Municipal de Campo Grande since 2007, and with it has performed alongside great musicians from Brazil and other countries such as the USA, Italy, South Korea, Argentina, Switzerland, Canada, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay. As an educator, he devises and helps develop musical education projects for orchestral instruments together with the Zahran Foundation, Ponto de Cultura Viver Bem, Orquestra de Três Lagoas and the Orquestra Jovem da Fundação Barbosa Rodrigues. He has been the musical arranger and conductor of the Moinho Cultural orchestra since 2012. He is artistic director of the “Encontro com a Música Clássica em Campo Grande” and of the “Festival de Inverno Cidade das Águas” in Três Lagoas. He is the creator and promoter of the “Prêmio Campo de Grande de Música de Concerto”.

Located in Corumbá-MS for 16 years, the Institute is a Civil Society Organization – OSC, whose main activity is offering dance, music, technology and computer classes to children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability in Corumbá, Ladário, Puerto Suarez and Puerto Quijarro.
