With 120 new participants, Moinho Cultural activities resume

Activities at the Instituto Moinho Cultural Sul-Americano resumed this Monday (4th), with 120 new participants. In all, 407 children will take part in the training offered by the institution throughout this year.

In addition to technological knowledge, entrepreneurship and citizenship, the project also offers classes in music, dance and literature. The training period at Moinho Cultural lasts eight years.

In the year the institute turns 20, the number of applications hit a record, reaching 400 applicants in the selection process. Of these, only 120 could be selected.

“Unfortunately, we can’t serve everyone, but we will serve 120 new children this year, in addition to those who were already taking part in our program. We always say that we don’t serve only the child, but the whole family. We want to bring these families closer to the experience with the child,” explains the social worker at Moinho Cultural, Jessyka Karolaine.
