They will take on the role of teachers and will share their experience with the young people served by the project, providing a valuable exchange with instrumentalists from one of the country’s largest orchestras.

Students from Corumbá will travel to Rio de Janeiro

Groups of students from the Programa Vale Música will also be able to benefit from the teachings of the Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira in an artistic immersion at the OSB’s headquarters, in Rio de Janeiro, in September.

There will be classes, rehearsals and even performances alongside the orchestra. A group from Corumbá will spend a week in the Marvelous City for the immersion, which ends with their participation in the concerts on September 13 and 14, at the Cidade das Artes (City of Arts).

To celebrate the exchange in Corumbá, on Friday, July 11, there will be a concert in the Cidade Branca (White City), at 3:30 pm. The presentation will be at the Instituto Cultural Moinho Cultural, located at Rua Domingos Sahib, 300, Beira-Rio, in Corumbá.
